Def Leppard Drop Canadian Gigs Due To Illness

Def Leppard's Joe Elliott says he is sorry he can't get to Canada on this current tour, after having to cancel dates due to illness."I am disappointed that we can't perform the shows in Canada," said Joe Elliott. "The band and I really look forward to coming back to play soon."The Def Leppard singer is suffering from a respiratory tract infection that has lead to the Canadian dates being dropped this week.Elliott has been advised by doctors to rest.

The effected dates are:

Fri. April 11th - Quebec City, QC (Colisee Pepsi Arena)
Sat. April 12th - Ottawa, ON (Scotiabank Place)
Sun. April 13th - Hamilton, ON (Copps Arena)
Wed. April 16th - Winnipeg, MB (MTS Centre)
